###1. **Overview**

The **CF Delivery Note**  is part of the Clearing system designed to facilitate the documentation and management of delivery notes related to clearing files. It provides a structured format for tracking deliveries, including consignee details, delivery locations, truck announcements, and other logistical information.

##2. Getting Started
###2.1 Accessing CF Delivery Note

To access the **CF Delivery Note** module:
1. Log in to the system as an authorized user.

2. Navigate to **Clearing > CF Delivery Note**.

3. Click **New** to create a new delivery note

###2.2 Creating a CF Delivery Note

To create a new CF Delivery Note, follow these steps:

1. Click on **New**.

2. Fill in the required fields:

   - **Clearing File**: Select the relevant clearing file.
   - **Consignee**: Auto-fetched from the clearing file.
   - **Posting Date**: Defaults to today's date.
   - **Delivery Date**: Enter the expected delivery date.
   - **Address**: Auto-fetched from the clearing file.
   - **Delivery Location**: Specify the delivery location.
   
3. Complete the **Truck Announcement** section:

   - **Exporter Type**: Select either *In-house* or *Sub-contract*.
   - If *Sub-contract* is selected, provide the **Sub-Contract Company**.
   - Add trucks by entering details in the **Truck** table.
   
4. (Optional) If the delivery involves a container interchange:
   - Check **Has Container Interchange**.
   - Enter the **Return Date**.
   
5. Click **Save** to store the document.

6. Submit the document to finalize it.

###3. Linking and Dependencies

- The **Consignee** and **Address** fields are automatically fetched from the **Clearing File**.

- The **Sub-Contract Company** field appears only when *Exporter Type* is set to *Sub-contract*.

- The **Return Date** is mandatory if **Has Container Interchange** is checked.
